TRIMS Tree Inventory provides a complete tree inventory, tree
care and work tracking system for large grounds areas, golf
courses, parks, and business campuses. Tree Inventory
maintains accurate records of tress, work schedules, work
requests, and completed work activities.
Tree Inventory is available as a stand-alone program or
as an add-on to the TRIMS Grounds
Management Software® System.
TRIMS offers two different Tree Inventory Systems:
Comprehensive management reports provide up-to-the minute
information to assist you with planning and tracking.
Tree Inventory will print work schedules, statistical
reports and graphs, tree status, tree history information
and much more.
When planning work schedules or requesting bids, enter the the
type or size of the trees that require server and the date when
this is to be performed. The activities will be
automatically entered into the maintenance schedule for you.
TRIMS will then print a complete work report listing all
pertinent information including tree location, size, work type,
and notes regarding power lines, obstructions, etc.
Instant
Information Access: Retrieve
vital information such as work request date, date schedule, date
completed, and name of the department or person requesting the
work. With Tree Inventory, you are able to make inquiries
showing the current state of your crew's individual work
assignments.
Scheduling Work Crews:
Tree Inventory will help
manage trees and schedule work crews more effectively,
whether it's routine trimming, storm damage repair or
preventative maintenance. Work requests are
entered into the schedule to provide work crews with
complete information including request date, location,
tree number, location on site, species, height, work
requested, and more.
Tree History Tracking: A perpetual history of each tree is
maintained and automatically updated as information
and work schedules are entered into Tree
Inventory.
