employees, members, etc.
TRIMS integration automatically adds employee and vendor
information into the Telephone Directory.
Phone lists and mailing labels may be printed for all or
selected subjects and individuals. Information may also be
exported to a file for personalizing mail merge formats
through programs such as Microsoft Word.
Email messages can be sent via the Internet to email addresses
contained within the Telephone Directory.
