With Cloud Computing Services you are able to access your TRIMS Data from anywhere in the world via iPhone, iPad, Android Device or any web browser.

Need to look at a Budget Account, Work Order, or Chemical Application? The TRIMS Cloud Server brings the data to you instantly. TRIMS Cloud Server even lets you update Equipment Usage Records and Parts Inventory.  
 

 

TRIMS CLOUD SERVER OFFERS THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONALITY: 

Labor Hours Data Entry - Employees can enter their daily labor hours on any computer with a web browser instead of filling out time sheets.  Labor Hours can also be entered on a Smart Phone or Tablet. 
Daily Event Schedule - Add or Edit items on the TRIMS Calendar and see Chemical Application Plans, Employee Birthdays, along with other scheduled events.
Record Equipment Usage - Log Equipment Meter Readings and Periodic Usage. 
Equipment Maintenance Records - View Maintenance History for all your Equipment. 
Equipment Work Orders - View Work Orders for any Equipment you specify.
Vehicle Fueling - Record Equipment Fuel and Usage at your pumps or local gas stations.
Physical Inventory Count - Check and Adjust Inventory Stock Levels.
Purchase Orders - View Open and Complete Purchase Orders for any selected Vendor. 
Chemical Application Log - View Chemical Application Plans and Completed Chemical Applications.
Chemical Product Labels - Access Product Labels for over 1600 different products.
Incident Log - View Recorded Incidents.
Budget Account Inquiry - Access up to the minute status of each of your Budget Accounts. 
Budget/Expense Graphs - Display Bar and Pie Charts illustrating both MTD and YTD Expenses vs Budgets. 
Labor Pie Charts - Display Pie Charts illustrating Labor Activity Hours and Costs for any time period.  
Phone Directory - Call anyone in your TRIMS Telephone Directory. 
Edit White Board Schdule - Add or Edit Daily White Board Schedule Activities.
Tree Inventory - Add or Edit Trees. (This feature is only available if you have Tree Inventory.) 
 
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The TRIMS Cloud Server is a small program you run from any one of your TRIMS Workstations.  It monitors the internet waiting for data requests from you. Whenever the Cloud Server is running, you can log on to the TRIMS Cloud Server from the web browser on your iPhone, iPad or Android and access your TRIMS Data.

 WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?

Windows XP or newer with TRIMS, a high speed internet connection and an iPhone, iPad, Android Device. 

 WHAT DOES IT COST?

There is no additional fee for the use of the TRIMS Cloud Server. It is included as a standard component of TRIMS Grounds Management Software®. The only costs involved would be your internet connection fee and your smart phone data package fees.
